Appearance: Shang Qinghua stands at about 5'7". Build-wise, he's wiry, and deceptively strong - he's got some muscle, under a thin layer of padding, though it isn't immediately obvious. He has a nice round ass, soft and plush, and thicker thighs. He has the long fingers and clever hands of a scholar, though they're a little rough from hard work and swordplay (yes, he does know how to use a sword, though not well). His hair is a darker chestnut brown, usually pulled back into a bun and tied with a ribbon or decorated with a simple hair ornament of some kind. When it's down, it reaches about mid-back, and falls in waves. His eyes are a lighter shade of brown, and clever, aware of his surroundings and the person he's with.

Age: Appearance-wise, Shang Qinghua looks to be in his mid-20s, possibly late 20s. Despite that, his body is actually closer to 40, because a high level of cultivation has slowed his aging dramatically. He also lived to his mid-20s or so in his first life before dying. He'll usually just say he's 30+ and make a bad joke.

Clothing: His clothing style within the casino varies - either he'll wear a Chinese hanfu as formalwear (styled like this or this), or a pair of shorts and an oversized hoodie or sweater for something more casual.

Scent: He doesn't wear obvious scents. Generally just a clean, light soap-like smell, with a faint undertone of parchment and ink or old books.

Aura: Shang Qinghua isn't the most impressive cultivator around, but he does have a significant reserve of spiritual energy/qi that someone sensitive to those things could pick up on. (Even the 12th best cultivator on the mountain is something!)

Personality/Demeanor: Shang Qinghua comes off as an overworked, over-tired logistics and accounting type, always busy and never staying still for too long out of necessity. Not that he doesn't love taking the chance to be lazy and do nothing, but it never really lasts for very long. To most, he'll hide his anger behind a subservient, polite smile, and do his best to do what's asked of him, but the few people who know him, know he can be quite vindictive, petty, and immature. He enjoys memes and stupid jokes, and bad writing, both reading and writing it. He was a prolific author of stallion harem novel porn in his past life, and still delights in thinking up new trash to put out into the world. He can also be fairly clever and useful, he is a competent logistician, but his memory isn't always the best. To those who earn it from him, or those who are useful to him, Shang Qinghua can be quite loyal, though none will ever sway him from his King.

Shang Qinghua generally is a cheerful person, with a good sense of humor, and can carry on a conversation with someone probably longer than they want him to. He's talkative, even though he also enjoys listening to other people's stories and viewpoints.

Speech Patterns: Shang Qinghua makes an effort to use the more formal dialogue and phrasings of a proper immortal cultivator, but slips into a more modern dialect fairly often, especially in the Golden Peacock where so many people are also from modern times. Back in his canon world, this is usually just explained with "he's a weird guy".

Orientation-wise, Shang Qinghua is bisexual and fairly flexible about it. He hasn't slept with any women, but he does like women, even if he has a preference for men. His favorite type of guy is "big and mean/scary", and he usually prefers to bottom for them. With men closer to his size or smaller, he prefers to top. That said, I'm flexible and will make anything work. Shang Qinghua won't be ICly too fussed.
